I booked a ticket for 9W 395 Guwahati flight for 22/06/2019 before 2 months.
I didn't get any message from the airline for flight cancellation.
Get to know this airline itself stop working only after reaching airport.
It was the irresponsibility from airline site that they allowed to book a ticket on a cancelled airline.
So the normal cancellation policy can't be applied here.

My jet airways flight got cancelled by airlines a week before travel, I have been advised to complete claim form which I did immediately on March month itself. I keep following up airlines for past 3 Mo ths.. i get assurance from customer care that will get refunded soon .., once I got message that necessary details updated in your refund request, u will get soon. but now not getting any response on my follow-up ..

Kindly help on it, and why airlines holding our money.. which is not investment or deposit we made, as service cancelled by airlines it has to be settled .. kindly help

I received intimation on 18.04.2019 that the following flights have been cancelled and that I am eligible for refund.

However regret to inform that till date no refund has been credited to my account.

The refund is still pending from 18-April-2019 when this was initiated. It was mentioned to get this processed in 10 - 12 working days. Its almost more than 2 months now, still nothing has been done. I have called the customer care so many times but still have no luck to get my money back.

It has been 2 months since my flight cancellation message was sent from Jet Airways stating I'll get a refund from Paytm.
I have called and messaged paytm N number of times they just keep on saying my name is on the list for refund many people have recieved it. Then why havent I got my money back yet? Does Jet Airways or paytm intend to give my money back?

On April 19th 2019, I was informed about the Cancellation of my Jet Airways Flight from Mumbai to Paris. This Ticket I had booked months in Advance through Makemytrip.com

On April 21st, 2019 - The refund process for my cancelled Jet Airways Flight from Mumbai - Chennai (9W-487) | Chennai - Paris (9W-128) was initiated and I was informed that I will get 100% Refund of the Ticket Price with in 45 Days.

However, its been over 45 Days now but I haven't received any refund yet and neither Makemytrip.com (from here I booked the flight) nor Jet Airways are responding to my query.

I have purchased a air ticket of Jet airways having journey date on coming[protected] from BOM - CCU. Jet airways already direct me over help line phone to contact irctc where from I purchased the ticket through my personal ID, to get the refund value of Rs.7798/- as the flight PNR: RNOKHX is cancelled by jet airways. irctc didn't give me any positive response still today. My Jet Airways return flight no. 9W 0019 from Singapore to Delhi for June 14 2019 was cancelled by the airlines vide their letter dated Apr 18 2019. I filled the form for refund at https://www.jetairways.com/information/disruption-assistance.aspx the same day, and I received their mail on April 23, in which they confirmed that my refund had been processed and that it would reflect in my account within 2-3 weeks. However, more than 45 days have elapsed but I have not received the refund, despite reminders.

We were booked for a flight from San Francisco to Delhi on the Jet Airways website with a transit halt in London on the 20 June 2019. We were booked by Virgin Atlantic (Code Share partner)and Jet Airways from London to Delhi.
we received a message fro Jet Airways that the flights were cancelled and we need to apply for a refund which we duly completed . We received a Refund voucher on 30 April with an assurance that the amount due would be credited to our account within 2 to 3 weeks. Till date we have not received any intimation despite reminders.

We had booked our flight with you on 8th April 2019.
After you cancelled the flights we requested for a refund which you said is processed and we have a Refund Voucher Dated 24th April 2019.
After continued followup on the telephone, your representatives conveyed the same will be reflected within 7 days. At another time we were informed to wait for 14 days more. When requested to issue the refund immediately, your representative confirmed that the issue has been raised to higher authorities and the same will be done in further 10 days.

I booked two tickets on may 8th from Mumbai to manglore . The amount i paid for these tickets was Rs.12000. These flights were booked for the travel of one sick person. However due to jet airways cancellation we had to book another flight at short notice, which cost double.
I have called almost every week since then, i am still waiting for my refund. For us regular citizens, that amount is huge and i desperately need my money back. I have been driven exhausted calling all these numbers and received fake promises of a refund .

This is to inform you that my jetairway's booking from Dammam (PNR :MLDDNT) to Coimbatore to fly on May 23, 2019, was cancelled by Jet Airways. I contacted the travel agent, Aerobilet, for refund but unfortunately despite many reminders, I haven't received the refund. Kindly look into this seriously as the issue has been pending for more than 1 month now.

I received a call from HR department of jet airways and they told me to send my documents to their mail after that they told me to pay Rs.2000 for the first round which is online aptitude test and they said If i didn't get selected it will be refunded.I paid Rs.2000.But the link which they sent for aptitude test was not unique for me. After that they called me and said to pay Rs.7000 for the second round. In HR department Rajesh said if I canceled it without paying Rs.7000 they will blacklist my profile. So, this was the problem I'm facing.
