Dear Sir I am your frequent traveler yesterday i.e. on 09/10/2014 i was travelling from Goa to Indore through your flight no S2 4385, my seat no was 29A, When i received my Baggage it was totally damaged / Beaten. though no my valuable was missing but it was totally damaged & security sticker was also broken down. At Indore Airport I contacted your officer who told me to launch online complaint. Casual behaviour of your staff in handling our baggage was really surprise to me. Regards Anoop Sharma [protected]

I had a very bad experience while travelling via Jet Airways (Business Class) from Delhi to Ahmedabad. Food served to me was Contaminated as I found a button therein. When I asked on-board staff to provide complaint form, I was told that complaint form is not available. I wrote a complaint letter afterwards however, they are not even bother to revert on that even after expiry of almost a month.
