I am your frequent traveler yesterday i.e. on 09/10/2014 i was travelling from Goa to Indore through your flight no S2 4385, my seat no was 29A,
When i received my Baggage it was totally damaged / Beaten. though no my valuable was missing but it was totally damaged & security sticker was also broken down.
At Indore Airport I contacted your officer who told me to launch online complaint. Casual behaviour of your staff in handling our baggage was really surprise to me.

Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had a very bad experience while travelling via Jet Airways (Business Class) from Delhi to Ahmedabad. Food served to me was Contaminated as I found a button therein. When I asked on-board staff to provide complaint form, I was told that complaint form is not available. I wrote a complaint letter afterwards however, they are not even bother to revert on that even after expiry of almost a month.
