Jet Airways — canceled my ticket without my permission

Hi, I booked a ticket in jet airways to travel to Bangalore from Kolkata, my departure time was 6pm on 1st June yesterday, when I asked for my boarding pass they told my ticket was canceled, I called to jet Airway's customer care they told it was canceled by their system and they could not do anything for me, still I am in Kolkata, I had to purchase a ticket at Rs 14000, I had to take two extra unwanted leave from my office, due to this cancelation I had to face lose around Rs20000, I need the money back, If I am not getting my money back I will make a case against jet airways.
