Jet Airways — Cancelled ticket within one hour .. Total value 20K, total refund promised only 1500K (approx) | |||
Yesterday I booked three ticketed for 26th Dec from Indore to Pune. But unfortunately I had to cancel those tickets which I did within 1 hr. I initiated this booking from Make My Trip. The Jet told me total refund is only 1500/- (approx) even I did cancellation within one hour. I hope there is some kind of governance left in this country which could make these companies understand that it is a hard-earned money of a common man but not any politician or cricketer or film star. No ratings because they don't deserve it. A true character comes out when somebody is not willing to do business with you ( as in my case cancellation because of my personal reasons), then you show them door respectfully. Policies are made for people and to make their life better but not to fool/harass people.
