[Resolved] Jet Airways — charged twice by jet airways for same extra baggage

We made a purchase of rs 6400.00 for extra baggage on 04/5-jun-18 at jet airways, mumbai using our i&m classic credit on the jet airways website.

When checking in on 06-jun-18, at kolkata, for flight 9w 472, e-ticket[protected], we were told that this payment was not received by jet airways and we were made to pay rs 8, 000.00 for the same extra baggage, to board the flight.

I&m informs that the rs 6400.00 has been paid to jet airways, through

Kindly refund our rs 8000.00
