[Resolved] Jet Airways — compensation due to ground staff lethargy/services collapse at Mumbai airport on 29/10/2014 | |||
Dear Sir, My daughter Divita Shrivastava, an MBBS student reached at 5.40am today on 29/10/2014 at Mumbai airport terminal 1B to board in jetflight no. 9W0377 for Raipur scheduled departure 6.50am on 29/10/2014 with a valid ticket having PNR no. BDXFXT and web checked in status seat 25D. She was put in a queue and without any advice by the counter officials and she has been denied the acceptance of baggage and boarding on the ground that she is late. Despite my repeated requests with the folded hands and intend to deposit my Aadhar card security personnel did allow me access to the counter in time to help her out and she has been shown the door by your staff. I did not had any other alternative but to get next day flight immediately and have been charged of difference Rs 7012.00. I am taxed not only monetarily by Rs 7012.00 but also with acute agony, restlessness and time loss due to sheer lack of services on the part of jet airways. I request you to arrange refund of above mentioned amount of Rs7012.00 immediately that jet airways has charged extra.
