Jet Airways — COMPLAINT AGAINST JET AIRWAYS - Boarding pass issued and taken back and torn it apart

I hate posting this negative comments but I am finally forced to escalate this matter on social media I have already escalated this matter to guest relations but no use. Worst staff experience @ IGI airport I ended up paying up huge money and wasted my time. I am extremely dissatisfied and I will stay with my words. This is to inform you that I was on time to the Airport and the Jet airways counter to collect my boarding pass for 07:40 Flight 9W 0735 and I have arrived the counter on time and waiting for my turn. It is sad to inform you that no announcement were made to the guest regarding the closure of the boarding pass being professional I was waiting for my turn and also there was a delay by your staffs processing the boarding pass to other users and exchanging the shifts with other person. the other supervisors and staffs were also very diplomatic to support their staff to prove they are not wrong and the behavior was very rude I would also like to inform you that most of the staffs are not at all helpful and directed to different supervisors who were also rude. But, finally I got some little acknowledgement and courtesy got from one of the shift manager but it dosent made any difference and I did not get any solution. Issuing a boarding pass and scanning a luggage has been done and the boarding pass was taken back and torn apart that's very unprofessional and rude. Time was important for me I was on a medical emergencies but no one has shown any help they made me to pay extra 5700 for next flight to Chennai at 3:45. and such incident made a very negative impact on your service which I will feel worth sharing my experience. Second flight details are as follows: 9W 7039 DELHI to CHENNAI dated 08th MAY 2015. It’s not customer oriented or customer services/ Conveyance Company. They are like money making machines only. Most disrespectful situation in my own country. Neither the Jet airways staff helped me neither the company has helped me at all. No support no apology or no regret by any member of a company that I have been overcharged and my time and money both was wasted. Just took money out of pocket and put me in embarrassing situation. I have attached Screen shots of my First flight Boarding pass as well second Ticket for which I have paid extra for no fault of mine. I want my complaint to addressed and JET AIRWAYS to be advised to refund money of my first flight which I was not able to board because of fake reasons given by jet airways staff. Date of journey: 8 May Flight number: 9W 0735 From Delhi to Chennai.
