I was travelling by 9w 0355 having seat no 27f from aurangabad to delhi by today your staff didn't provide breakfast me and after journey they ignore my complaint. I really contempt your your show case type service.
I want to take a valid reason from your end that why you make such behaviour with me (Customer)
Please provide me the same in written.
Keeping the mind right of customer shortout the issue or ready for further action
