[Resolved] Jet Airways — delayed baggage claim not reimbursed since one month | |||
Dear sir, Referenceid=[protected]' regarding baggage for maa9w37221 I traveled in jet airlines on 7th september 2018 from dusseldorf to chennai. It has been 30 days since i submitted my bills for toilette. My baggage got delayed by 9 days. Maximum 10-14 days is delay for processing as per your airways also completed. I have not received my claim amount yet. Daily i used to call your executive and they say one more day one more day. I too received my baggage after 6 flight changes to forward baggage. And now for claim processing also you are not giving proper info. I am really irritated with your service. It is quite high i am wasting my time asking for status. I submitted my bills on below dates. 10-sep-2018. Rs. 9117 13-sep-2018 rs. 5304 13-sep-2018 rs. 315 Delay compensation rs.2000 Total amount to be compensated rs.16736/- Request you to please please please do the needful.
