[Resolved] Jet Airways — denied check-in of passenger with confirmed ticket. | |
I booked confirmed ticket on 3 nov 2018, for 3 people (Blr to ajl trvl date 14.12.2018 pnr no. Fachfu). On d-day, two and half hours before departure, the check-in counter duty informed that my ticket was not confirmed. After slight argument i was again told that there was mis-connection of flight from ghy to azl, so i was denied check-in. Then i requested for check-in up to guwahati, that was also denied again. I had no other option, but to cancel ticket and get refunded, followed by many many difficulties of onward travel plus loss of time, loss of money and psychological trauma To my surprise flight no 9w659 on dt 14.12.2018 was operated as per schedule between blr and ajl 1. Why was i denied check-in of this flight? 2. Why your check-in staff told me pure lie? Was this information helpful? | |
