My son travelled to on 9th december, 2017 to jaipur from ccu and at the airport was charged additionally for 4 [protected]@350 per kg (Rs.1400)-the weight was very well checked before leaving for the airport with an authentic weighing scale and follow up e mails were sent but with no results.
The airline charges very heavily not like indigo, etc and the weighing belt seemed to be faulty at the airport-it is clear that many more customers must have suffered that way and must have paid excess at the airport otherwise their flights would have missed - airlines should be prohibited from charging different rates for different airlines-there should be uuniformity of baggage charges for all airlines

Today Satvik Dhandhania left for Jaipur as per the attached itinerary and excess baggage was already bought for 10 kgs but he was additionally forced to pay Rs.1400 at the airport which is far too much.
First of all no airline charges so high for extra baggage like you are charging Rs.350 per Kg -other airlines charge at the max. rate of Rs.250 per Kg.and online booking of excess baggage is only Rs.100 per Kg for Indigo(you charge 280/-per kg )is that not too much of a charge?
Further everytime we travel through airlines we measure the weight with a hardy measuring scale which measures upto 50kg and the weight at airports is normally 0.5-1kg lower than the weight at home -this is the first time that we have been charged so much in excess-it seems something was wrong with the measuring conveyor belt.
I can understand an excess of max. 1 kg but not more than that for last minute minor insertion into the bags but not over that.
I am not at all happy with your ways at all-I have booked 30kgs with Indigo for trip to chennai from Jaipur with international connection for Rs.1500 only.You provide no concessional rates also -I feel that is unjust .
