Jet Airways — flight cancelled by jet airways and paytm is still waiting for confirmation from jet airways to refund the amount. | |||
I have booked jet airways flight from delhi to colombo pnr: etrngb and flight no: 9w-384 on 19 march. I am still waiting for refund of 18000 from last 4 months. I had received an email from jet airways regarding the flight cancellation and next day raised the complaint with jet airways and paytm both for refund. But till now, its been more than 4 months and i have to call paytm to hear same message that they are waiting for the confirmation from jet airways regarding refund.
