I have booked a jet airways flight ticket from paytm for 26 march 2019 from delhi to pune. Pnr: jtmucp Paytm booking id : [protected] I had received an email from jet airways regarding the flight cancellation and next day raised the complaint with jet airways and paytm both for refund. But till now, its been more than 4 months and i have to call paytm to hear same message that they are waiting for the confirmation from jet airways regarding refund of rs 3806. Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 05, 2019 Updated by vjtaneja211 Till yet no update is there. Even 4 months have passed away after complaining at this portal and no action has been taken yet.

This is to inform you that the flight No. 9E-432 from Mangalore to Mumbai on 24.05.2019 with PNR No. UBPQUR has been cancelled by the Jet airways and till today I have not received the refund. I have to return it to the customer. So I request you to check the above and arrange to refund the full amount immediately.
