Dear sir / madam,

I am frequent flyer of jet airways and my number is 9w[protected].

I had purchased two award ticket (For me and my wife) for mumbai to udaipur sector for 21st march, 2019 by flight no. 9w 2327, departing mumbai at 5.00 am. My pnr number is zgkhqn.

As per your mail of 17th march, 2019 below this flight is cancelled which has put us on many hardships as we have onwards programmes for next few days since then. You have also not provided any alternate mode of travel for our journey for same date & time.

Apart from that since you have cancelled the flight why are you silent on the refund of my points and charges i have paid for getting two tickets? Kindly advise us how and when the points will be credited to my account and the ticket issuing charges will be refunded?

Due to the cancellation of flight me and my family have suffered a lot as our entire travel plan is in jeopardy.in fact may other family members (I. E. My son, daughter in law and granddaughter) were also to travel by same flight with me under different pnr number. Kindly advise us what compensation will be paid by you for the same or should we approach consumer forum for your mismanagement and putting the customers at most inconvenience?
