Jet Airways — jet airways - refund for cancelled round trip

Hi,

I had booked a flight with jet airways from london to mumbai round trip via goibibo.
Please find here the details of the flight:

Airline: jet airways (Pnr-vuajwq)
Traveller name: akhilesh jain
Travel date: 20th june & 14th july 2019

The flight was cancelled by the airlines and i was assured that i will get the full reimbursement of the paid money. However, it has been more than three months and goibibo is just saying to wait on this.

They are not prociding any confirmed answer.
