[Resolved] Jet Airways — lack of communication/flight delay | |||
I was at the Mumbai International Airport heading to Dehradun. I had all my documents intact, including a printout of the e-ticket that got me my boarding pass. With my luggage already checked-in, I happened to misplace my (self check-in) boarding pass, while the boarding waa ongoing. But there was no help offered by the ground staff whatsoever in getting another boarding pass printed out or providing any solution. They kept on saying, we can't give you another pass. Due to this, I missed my flight. While my luggage was returned, it was very very upsetting to have been offered no assistance or solution. I’ve always had high regards for Jet Airways and the quality of their service. But this was thoroughly disappointing. Was this information helpful? | |||
