Jet Airways — messed up my trip

Booked my flight first time with jet, but worst experience with it. First of all they messed up my trip from london to calgary as they put wrong name on my boarding pass and then they refuse to put me on flight. Then they sent me via vancouver after waste my 8 hours the worst part of it i missed my important ceremony in calgary. And after that they sent my two bags in toronto and i havent recieved it yet.
