[Resolved]  Jet Airways — misplaced checked in baggage

Extreme poor service from jet airways.
Did not load checked in luggage 2 pieces on flight 9w 17 singapore to new delhi on 8 dec.
They asked to fill forms at delhi and promised to send luggage soon. Still
No response or updates even after 36 hrs of flight landing.
I came to attend a marriage function and all my clothes and gifts are inside the luggage.
Lost baggage tag numbers are 9w365497 and 9w365493
