Jet Airways — no notification when flight got cancelled | |||||
Jet airways flight got cancelled on 19th october 2018. Neither jet airways nor easemytrip.in intimated us for the flight cancellation. My mother had to wait at the airport for 6 hours as she had reached airport according to 15:15 flight. Details of the flight booked: 9w 808 - 19th oct - at 15:15 from blr I want both easemytrip and jet airways to be booked for negligence towards customer. They should compensate me for the time lost and the mental pressure that i had to face. Along with it i want full refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We (6 people) missed our flight even after the boarding.atleast they could have contact us.our flight number is 9W 0832 jet airways.
