Jet Airways — no wheelchair

We had requested wheelchair for my wife zubeda ismail upon arrival at mumbai international, further insult to injury our meals were hindu vegetarians neals for two and that was a disaster as we did not get our meals and no wheelchair waiting at mumbai airport. My wife suffers from arthritis in both legs and you can imagine how painful this has been and a tromour.

This has been a let down and left us feeling that we were elderly couple and no one was bothered about our wellbeing and safety for my wife’s health.

We did request wheelchair access on both outbound flight from india and inbound flight back to india, we have been left feeling vulnerable and tarnished.
