Jet Airways — non refund of my tickets

Ive booked 5 tickets on 12/04/19 for rs 19228/- and i got message from jet airways that 'regarding cancellation of your jet airways flight (Trip id[protected]
We have filed your refund claim. Jet airways is expected to revert with status of your refund by 8 july 2019.
As we may not have further information on your refund, in this period, we request you to not make the effort of calling or writing to us, and await further updates from us.
Any further information we receive from the airline will be communicated immediately by email and sms.
Cleartrip support but no refund get till now
