Jet Airways — Poor service at check in in dhaka | |||
On 23.01.2016 the Dhaka to Kolkata flight is delayed by more than one hour. When I checked online 5 hours before online there was no information . At airport checkin counter I collected Boarding pass they too do not share delay info. Later on during immigration I have found it on BP. Now I have looked for a Jet staff in departure area there was no person. I called airport office no one answered the phone. Knowing Jet and opting for it as a professional airlines I am disappointed and non availability of information has caused inconvenience as I am on a business trip. I hope this gap would be looked into and addressed so that customers have a better experience with Jet, when they opt for it in a competitive space where other alternatives are available.
