[Resolved] Jet Airways — poor service of flight no 9w 0234 of jet airways

My flight was on 24 dec at 2:30am from delhi to toronto (Canada). The flight have stay at amsterdam (Neitherland) which was told to us of 3 hrs 20 minutes but on the day the stay was of 6 hours due to this stay my another flight has been missed which was from toronto to winnipeg. The company has given fake reviews to us. On the ticket the arriving time was written 7:40am but flight has been arrived at 12:00 pm due to delayed of flight my parents was so worried and the information given on the ticket was tottaly fake. I am very upset with the service of jet airways. It was my fresh experience of travelling in the plane but my experience is very bad. I am tottaly fed up with the service of jet airways..

This complaint is unclear as no documents are seen:-
- name of passenger,
- ticket, which you consider is fake,
- boarding passes, which show flight number and date+time
- prove of loss (examle, you have bought a new ticket).

If you need the compensation, you need to submit the correct complaint due to delay with the exact requesites, desription of the facts, attched documents of loss, f you know it and the exact request (i want 100 ruppes for the delay).
Thereis a standard compensation for the delay also.

The air carrier has 15 days for the satisfaction comenstion or for its refusal following the rceipt of the complaint. In 15 days all dsiputes due to delay can be in local court (IN DIA or Canada) only.

Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same service provider.
All disputes in 15 days following the correct complaint receipt are subject of the examination by Indian court.
The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
-- government fees [ from 200 ruppes or from ~100CAD ],
- legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [from 5000 rupees, if in India, or from about 200CAD in Canada or elsewhere]
The court shall award the proved losses and moral compensation by the final decsion.
