Passengers age Lucgdn 589-[protected] 15.05.2018 9w 472 pawan harlalka 67 589-[protected] kusum harlalka 65 Nbuvio 589-[protected] 30.05.2018 9w 617 pawan harlalka 67 589-[protected] kusum harlalka 65 Due to unavoidable circumstances, we have had to get the aforesaid bookings cancelled today morning as per advice of doctor since my wife has been strictly warned not to have air travel on 15.05.2018 due to sudden injury in her back. Being a retired and senior citizen, i would request you to please do not forfeit the amount of the cancelled tickets and arrange to refund the same as much as possible as a special case in view of the situation away from control. I am confident; you will look into the matter with sympathy and consider the refund as prayed for on humanitarian ground Looking forward to hearing from you soon favourably.
