Jet Airways — Refund of failed transaction

I have been sending mails to [protected]@jetairways.com but with no response from them. I had booked a ticket on 12th of July intially booking failed twice, when i spoke to your customer care i was told that money would be refunded as there was a technical failure. The ticket got booked in the 3rd attempt. My credit card has got debited thrice. My bank has confirmed and given the reference numbers under which jetairways has claimed the money thrice. I am sure basis the information shared by the bank its easy for jetairways to trace the transaction and refund the money. But guess they do not have intention of returning money promptly.
