Jet Airways — refund of jet airways cancelled tickets | |||
I booked 4 ticket on 11/feb/2019 through its travels and tours pvt ltd of rs. 206132 of delhi to london on the name of yogesh chander baswal etkt[protected] booking ref: wgh3by, varsha baswal etkt[protected] booking ref: wflmg9, unnati baswal etkt[protected] booking ref: wflmg9, paarth baswal etkt[protected] booking ref: wflmg9 were cancelled due to jet airways non operational from 17/04/2019 and our travel agent said we had done all refund procedures and it will take time. So we purchased another tickets in air india. Now i come back but still my travel agent said 'we did not get any refund from airlines". Now its 5 month my money is blocked.
