Sir, i've booked flight ticket of jet air ways flight no 9w-720 through udchalo.com vide udchalo trip id no 1502483 dated 21 jan 19. I've done transaction through hsbc credit card. My flight details are as follows :- Rahul kumar, flight no 9w-720, travel date 11 feb 19, from patna to new delhi, total amount 2, 384, ticket no.[protected]. I've received a message from jet airways saying that your flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons. But i have not get my refund till date. Request resolve my issue at the earliest.
