Jet Airways — refund of my booking

We have booked return tickets for me and my wife Trivedi Harshaben Rajeshkumar by JetAirways. We had reached Toronto by completing one way journey. But on 17 th April I got the mail that JetAirways has cancelled my return ticket bookings from Toronto to Ahmedabad via London and Mumbai. I have asked repeatedly for the REFUND of the return flight for both o[censored]s to your customer care executives but yet no satisfactory reply from your side.

I had to return India by making another booking through other airlines that was also of high cost as I am still waiting for refund.

Kindly provide me your updated customer care no. as the previous no. is not working and all the nos. mentioned on google search are incorrect.
