Jet Airways — regarding cancellation refund

Dear sir/mam,
My air ticket was cancelled at time of boarding in raipur airport by jetairways representative on 3-1-19.we are 3 guest with ticket pnr no DXONKT.my flight no 9W 2378 (Raipur to Mumbai).when we reached at boarding counter of jetairways on 3-1-19 to take flight representative told us that it seems ur mother is unfit for travel due to improper walking and u need trolley for movement. After that representative ask me wheather we are going for mother treatment. I said yes.jetairways representative told us to collect full refund from outside counter and destroy ticket without any proof given to us. When I asked for refund in outside counter he said refund will be given by ur irctc air app from where u have done booking. But till now no full refund given to me since my ticket cancelled on medical basis on boarding.sir please help me as representative done cheating to us.
