Jet Airways — regarding money reimbursement | |
Dear sir, On[protected], i booked a ticket from delhi to varanasi with eticket no[protected]. When i was trying to book a ticket in your website, i tried 2 times by using pnb net banking, the thing is that, the transaction was done but with out booking a ticket. I tried third time using pnb debit card which is a successful one. So, i want to know that, how i would get my money back of 1st two failed transactions and this is not at all good exercise with your website, so kindly process my request as soon as possible. I have selected seat number 38A at the time of web check in but while boarding flight, my seat number has been changed manually.
provide me the reason regarding the same, even I have paid for the seat than why it has been changed ???
