Jet Airways — Spelling error on my ITENARY

PNR-JSQJXO Its been long time speaking on the customer relations. Also wrote many emails to the guestrelations team, however haven't received appropriate reply. I want the explanation for this. Why is it taking so long? The customer relations team is also not replying to my email. I only want is to update the correct spelling of the passenger.There is also some changes in the timings. As I've received intimation of reschedule of the flight. I'm extremely unhappy with the service provided by the customer relation and also through the over the phone.
