Jet Airways — status of refund for cancelled flight

I have made a booking from delhi to pune on 23rd march with reference id. Wmmngn which got cancelled a month before boarding. There was no alternate flight provided and also no refund is initiated. I have tried calling customer service several times and also send mails regarding this but got no response. Pathetic service. I want my money back. If you have customer service why don't you take care of that. Atleast have some courtesy by providing all information for the inconveniences you cause to the customers. Was this information helpful? We have written for a refund for our jet MUMBAI - LONDON ticketsthat was booked through MAKE MY TRIP - in 3rd week april - got a response on 14th may - that they are working on the refund - we are still awaiting. booking id - NN[protected].
