Jet Airways — ticket cancelled by jet airways but payment not refund

Dear All
My name is Mohd Zishan. I am from uttar pradesh, and working in Dubai.
I booked my return ticket from Jet Airways Website Dubai to Delhi. Jet airways cancelled my ticket then I applied for refund 20th of march butt still I didn't received my payment.
They sent me receipt you will gate your payment within 7 days. Butt more than 2 months completed I didn't gate my payment. I am continuously sent Email and called butt they didn't give proper reply.

I am humble request to all off you please help me.

Still I didn't gate my refund. I didn't received any reply from the Jet Airways company. Please help me for get my refund.

I booked my return ticket direct from Jet Airways Website myself Dubai to Delhi. Jet airways cancelled my ticket 18th of march, then I applied for refund 20th of march butt still I didn't receive my payment.

Then I complained register in your website. But I didn’t receive still my payment & any reply from jet airways. Also, I called and email more time but they didn’t reply. Jet airways Dubai office are closed. I would like to thank you all your team for your help and support.
Near about 4 months completed for my flight cancellation. I am humble request to all off you please help me for gate my refund.

Your prompt response highly appreciated.
