Jet Airways — udf refund

This is regarding refund o[censored]df from delhi to bangalore flight booked on 7th of jul and the travel date was 01st oct. I booked the tickets for jet airways from make my trip and its more than 90 days that we have completed the travel but haven't received the refund yet. I have talked to makemytrip multiple time regarding this but every time i get the same reply the airline has not refunded the amount yet. When contacted jet airways they simply say to contact to the travel agent. I am stuck between the travel agent and the airline.
