[Resolved] Jet Airways — waiting time in delhi (1 hr 15 minutes is enough)

Dear management, Our company is regular customer of jet airways but due to layover time in delhi, i had to face huge problem so, i don't think in future i will suggest our company to book ticket from jet. My ticket was from dxb to del and del to ixb and delhi and layover time was only 1 hr 15 minutes and it was not enough for immigration clearance, collecting luggage, check in luggage and catch a flight. I have made the payment for 9 July 2018 flight 9W669 guwahati to silchar. The amount has been deducted but ticket is not booked. I want my money back since ticket has not been booked. Please I want my money back or else book the ticket on that date.
