[Resolved] Jet Airways — Web checkin not successful | |||
WMXAXE PNR flight for 25th Oct 2014. I visited website 24 hours before for web checkin. Tried for 5 hours with no success. If the tele check in only available for the jet privileged customer ( Customers who have co branded HDFC, ICICI, etc Credit Card), then it appears that the business is inclined more towards credit card industry than airlines business. No representative was helpful, they had nly one response " If you were privileged customer we can help", indirectly they mean that you should get cobranded credit cards only then you are eligible for help or support . Very disappointing service. i was kept waiting for 25 mins but no one replied when I asked for the floor manager. In future I will not consider travelling with this airline and would also suggest others to look out for problems with jet airways. Was this information helpful? | |||

The alternate PNR DSPTAJ is also not working. Jet is misleading customers by promising online check in. The exhausting exercise of calling support center several times and no solution from their end is very disappointing and show the ignorance of airlines like Jet towards their customer.
