Hi
I ordered an electronic device from reward store jet previlage on21/03/2017.
Till now they did not even sent my parcel.
If i call or e mail, they are not responding.
It's been 13 days. If i check in account details it's showing sent. But cannot track the shipment.

Then i complained regarding this to customer support. They are also giving reckless response. That they are not responsible for that and asking me to solve my problem myself 😎

If they don't want to give. Let them go. Why they are making us fools.
In reward store it is like that. What about the poor passengers traveling in their flights.
