I have had a similar experience with Ethos watches in Ambience Mall Gurgaon. They sold me an Armani watch, and when there was a problem with it, they sent it to the brand for repair. It was in warranty, and one expects the brand / seller to do the repair within the warranty. But the brand came back with a lame excuse laying the blame on me, and Ethos also decided the customer was wrong!! They pleaded helplessness to fight with the brand. Don't understand why they are in the bsuiness of selling luxury products if they don't know how to deal with that level of customers. Better go to established luxury retailers next time...
