[Resolved]  Reliance Jewels — Diamond Ring

I purchased a ring from Reliance Jewels (Sony World Signal, Koramangala, Bangalore) on 1st Nov, 2012. Before purchasing The ring, I checked Thrice from The Salesperson, as This is a diamond ring so if in case we lose any diamond, will you be able to replace/repair it. Because we faced The same problem with Gilli (we lost a diamond on very second day I wore). But They replaced it happily and timely. So That's why we were very conscious and Thought of checking it before buying it.

I wore it for single day i.e. 29Th Nov, 2012 as my husband gifted me for my birthday. I place it in The box before sleep as it is very precious gift for me on my first birthday after marriage.
We had to attend a friend's wedding on 5Th Dec,2012, so i Thought of wearing That ring. When I took it out, I found one diamond missing in The ring. I showed it to my husband and we planned to get it repaired from The store as They committed There will be no issue. We went to The store on 13Th Dec, 2012 and told Them to repair The diamond. They asked for one month time. They committed to deliver it back to us on 13Th Jan, 2013. We were OK with it.
We visited The store on 13Th Jan and They said it will take another 10-15 days. So we asked Them to please call us whenever They get it back which we never received. We visited The store again on 17Th Feb, 2013. At That time, The whole scenario was different. Salesperson and Manager behaviour was unexpected. They told us to pay 1000 bucks because The QC report says it was mishandled. There was no QC report available with Them. Someone wrote on The Invoice That There were signs of prongs on upper and lower area.. something. This was There QC report.
We told Them we don't trust on This report. Anyone can write on The paper and get it Xerox. I told Them That I wore it for single day, how can This be mishandled as This is very precious for me. Why should I mishandle it. Salesperson said That They will call The manager. You can talk to him.
Manager came and said, "NOTHING CAN BE DONE". Yeah, This rude only.
Then my Husband said OK, can you please call someone who can do something. To answer This question, he said, "NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING.". We came out without taking our ring as we were not willing to pay 1000 bucks for something which is not done by us.
How can one ensure That The ring was not mishandled by The Staff of The Store. There were no signs before buying a ring? It means, we should ask for QC report before buying a ring as well.

I purchased gold bracelet with jarkan stones. When we wore it first its lock gave us problem. We got it rectified within 1 week but then when we wore it 3 stones went missing in 3 days. I want to replace my product as it is not usable and I can not come to reliance every week. I bought the product 2 weeks ago. Reliance Gurgaon have taken the product and sent it for QC. Reliance jewel shop manager is telling us that the product is mishandled. Seems like they dont want to admit the problem with product. We used it only for 3 days. And 2 times we had to visit reliance for repairing.
