[Resolved]  Senco Gold - Dalhousie — NOT GIVING FREE GIFT ON PURCHASE OF RS.30000/- & ABOVE ON THE DAY OF AKSHAY TITIA (13.05.2013)

I have purchased Rs.38299/- Gold Jewelry on this "Akshyaya Tithia" (13.05.2013) from your DALHOUSIE MEGASHOP branch. Also open a new Swarna jojona scheme of Rs.2000/- per month on the same day.

As per your advertisement, I was eligible to get 2 FREE GIft items. On the day of purchase, your concern branch told to collect the FREE gifts on later days as the same was not available on that day.

But on the very next day, due to size-problem (fitting in hands /finger) I have changed both Ring as well as Sanka-bandha from your branch. They made the my previous Cash Memo as Sales Return without giving any copy to me and break it into 2 separate bills as one item is still pending to receiving (Due date of delivery is 14.06.2013).

Today, when I went to your DALHOUSIE MEGASHOP branch, the concerned SHOP-MANAGER was arguing with me and not delivery One FREE Gift against the purchase of said Rs.38299/- Gold Jewelry.

IT IS VERY UNETHICAL FROM A RENEWED JEWELRY SHOP IN INDIA THE WAY YOUR SHOP MANAGER BEHAVED & ARGUED.

THIS KIND O[censored]NETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE WILL EFFECT YOUR GOODWILL IN FUTURE & WILL RESULT IN CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTIONS.
