I started a monthly scheme of buying gold after their lot of requests for 1 month, but now after 7 months they are saying that the scheme is closed and i have the pay the rest amount and i have to buy jewellery with the same amount, i can't get the money back. Any scheme started earlier should be completed only after its committed date. But this senco....

I have exchange old gold with senco gold in Suri branch, birbhum, West Bengal...they reduce the total gold amount by 45% ...Instead of doing final purity chechikng... They reduce 82 gms non holmark old gold (consisting of 38 gms with purity 21.33 karat, 22 gms with purity 20.50 karat and 22gms with purity 18.20 karat.) to 45 gms senco 22 karat gold..This exchange held on 14.03.2017 around 4:30 pm..I informed to stop them to further progress...

I purchased a baby gold chain frm yr jalpaiguri branch on[protected].just after reaching at home i found two faults on the chain.on 07-09 i went to yr jalpaiguri showroom and show them the defects...bt unfortunately they were not ready to accept it and some how convinced repaired the same. after coming home i found another defect and again i went to showroom on 09-09 -16. im sure it is an exchanged item and the faulted one was sold to me...
