[Resolved] Jexmon Solution (Aurangabad Maharastra) — fake work and fraud company | |||
I was searching for a part time home based jobs in quikr application, then i get a call from jexmon solution, they told me home based work of captcha entry by android phone, pc.in which they will provide 10000 captcha entry and we have to complete with 10days and 90%accuracy. They ask for my id proof and two mobile no. And i got a work agreement on my mail id. I got a user id and password which was not opened till 2 days and after two days again i got user id and password. When i statrted the entry there was no display of our entry how much captcha entry i have done. I realized that this company is a fraud and they will not give us any payment they will only got payment as penalty from us. I talked to company and send them email for cancellation of agreement. They were forcing me to do work and pay panalty amount 5000/-. Now they are threatening me as that they have filed a case against me for a settlement to the company of rs 5000 under section 420 and 37 of the indian panel code, whereas i have not sign in agreement. Jexmon solution is a fraud company who are only charge rupees from us. They are bothering me and mentally tortured me. This very company is asking me for money too.. I have to give them Rs. 5000 today..Can anyone help me please?
I also paid 9500 to this company there were mentally hares me to pay money

Well to be honest, dont be scare at all. My observations and understanding -
1. The agreement was not signed physically but digitally so that will add no value.
2. Agreement date and Stamp paper date mismatch. So its a fake any way.
3. The licence team sends the recorded voice of their side not the once which you agreed / asked for questions if any. (In my case i asked multiple questions but that went un-answered and they had send me the agreement email un-necessarily)
4. They play a trap of taking out our Id's and then blackmail us by sending court notice and all else pay the penalty amount. (Normally people do get scared of such things and pay the price) But as per my understanding
they are a team of among themselves who will smarty try to threaten you. By calling with unknown identily like - sales / Owner / lawyer / Licence team...etc
5. Even if someone finishes the work on time or not, they still gonna ask for penalty. As i said they play a very smart game.
5. So the best thing you can do is--ignore all there calls and messages and dont give any importance to them.
This are all my thoughts which i am applying from my side. Rest all up to you guys.

today only i received many calls from [protected], [protected] this numbers and was charged to pay as penalty at first Rs. 17950/- and then when i asked them that this amount was not written to pay as penalty in agreement then suddenly they stared harnessing me with my Id proof. BE AWARE of this FAKE COMPANY "JEXMON SOLUTION" and "NEPTUNE SOFT SOLUTIONS". Don't be scared.

yes this is fraud company penalty amount written on agreement is 5000 and demanding more money otherwise they will take legal case against you. and gave 1 hour to deposite money when we cannot do so they will file our case in cour but when you give then his demanding amount then he demad more and more they cannot stop after gave you the NOC
Now what to do???
Jexmon Solution company is completely a fraud company. You can identify with the serial number. Please check the agreement. They all have the same serial number 51150.

but On 26/9/2019 he will again call me. the lawyer said to settlement . I said that I have the NOC of your company. but he can also harrashed me. Please solve my problem i cannot consentrate in my study because he can call me.
