[Resolved] Jexmon Solution (Aurangabad Maharastra) — fake and fraud work

I was searching for a part time home based jobs in quikr application, then i get a call from jexmon solution as they told me about home based work of captcha entry in which they will provide 10000 captcha entry and we have to complete with 10days with 90% accuracy.

They had asked for my id proof and two mobile no. I had asked plenty of questions at that time like - company located at / payment details / live demo work etc.. They said it will be answered later on after verification. And asked me to sumbit one id over whats up.

I shared my id over whats up. And within some time i got a work agreement on my mail id. I got a user id and password credential email from them as well.

After spending couple of hours i saw the count of captcha remains 1. I understood it very carefully that the company is a fraud and then an there i send an email to the company to deactive my account.

I realized that this company is a fraud and they will not give us any payment and they will only threat to customers by using our id's for getting payment as penalty from us.

I talked to company and send them email for cancellation of agreement. They were forcing me to do work else pay penalty amount 5000/-.

They say they had some legal team and shall take strict action me if i dont pay the penalty amount.

Though i haven't signed on any of there agreements. They sent an email with all legal documents along with signed agreement. That is actually a fraud.

Jexmon solution is a fraud company who are only charge rupees from peoples whether you complete the work or not, they still tell you that the work was incomplete and we are liaised to pay the penalty money.

And if we deny then they will threat us by sending legal paper notice at our home (Which i know is again a fake one).

They play the trick by taking our id details and then they play with us smartly with all those fake work and then loot us.

I request you to kindly take the legal action against this unregistered and fraud company.

I have got an email from : [email protected] and call from +91 6356050738 And they confirmed me over call that they have spoken with the company on my behalf and also assured me that I will not get any such threat and calls from the company anymore. If in future i get so, i had to inform the consumer court again. They asked me to resolve this case now.

Updated by Satpal Bindra My observations and understanding -

1. The agreement was not signed physically but digitally so that will add no value.
2. Agreement date and Stamp paper date mismatch. So its a fake any way.
3. The licence team sends the recorded voice of their side not the once which you agreed / asked for questions if any. (In my case i asked multiple questions but that went un-answered and they had send me the agreement email un-necessarily)
4. They play a trap of taking out our Id's and then blackmail us by sending court notice and all else pay the penalty amount. (Normally people do get scared of such things and pay the price) But as per my understanding
they are a team of among themselves who will smarty try to threaten you. By calling with unknown identily like - sales / Owner / lawyer / Licence team...etc
5. Even if someone finishes the work on time or not, they still gonna ask for penalty. As i said they play a very smart game.
5. So the best thing you can do is--ignore all there calls and messages and dont give any importance to them.
