Recently got a call for the part time job, one lady called me and tell me about the captcha code filling that i have to fill 700captcha in 7 days in which 90% should be correct and they send me one link through which one app had opened where they said to upload my photo and signature along with they asked me to send my aadhar card photo in email id and i have send them after few minutes they send me a agreement where they put my signature and photo without my permission and there it was written that if i didn't complete it in time or if 90% will not correct. I didn't complete it. In true caller it's saying that. They are fraud. Toady I got email like this
Under instructions from my client ICS COUNSLT Company's agreement term & Condition if you Not Complete the work or Qc Fail in the work then you will be liable to pay the company penalty amount . If you are not paying a company penalty then the company is eligible to take legal action against you . Agreement breaching sections are imposed on you .
The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..
Section 73:- Compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract. Compensation for failure to discharge obligation resembling
Section 74:- Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for.
Section 74:- Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation.
You have 45 Minutes to pay the penalty otherwise the legal action will be initiated under fraud and agreement breach case. After this your penalty will be increased and only you will be responsible for it. If you ignore this letter, we will be filing a legal complaint against you without any intimation . Thank you for your cooperation.
Note :- There is time, however, to avoid a suit if you contact us within 30 minutes on this number [protected] This will be your final opportunity to resolve matters without the expense of court proceedings.
