Jhankar Electronics — Unethical behaviour

Hi, Can I expect any solution for a posted matter on the 6th August with the same subject? I felt severly insulted by the behaviour of the shopkeeper and being one of the conscious citizen I could not take up the law in my hand and so I lodged a complaint in the consumer forum with a view to getting a solution after which the shopkeeper can never think of doing the same thing with other customers. And I don't want any further transaction with the shop. I just want my money back. N.B. photo proof was already been attached on the 6th august. Thanks, Bishwajit Podder [protected]
