Hi, Can I expect any solution for a posted matter on the 6th August with the same subject? I felt severly insulted by the behaviour of the shopkeeper and being one of the conscious citizen I could not take up the law in my hand and so I lodged a complaint in the consumer forum with a view to getting a solution after which the shopkeeper can never think of doing the same thing with other customers. Dear concern, I visited the shop to get the replacement of a mobile set of NOKIA on 3rd instant. I gave him the set for the replacement on 11th July along with the battery. On the 3rd he showed me a set in a small plastic cover that came against replacement.
