June 2018 bill was 356 and unfortunately the flat was empty from june 2018 to aug 2018 and no bill is coming and new bill is generated in nov 2018 and bill is 10468. How it is possible and your representative chandan kumar came and behaved like cruelly and told that if bill will not pay in 2 days then i will cut your connection. Please resistered my complaint and give me the resolution as soon as possible. Details are as follows
