This is brought to your kind attention that a huge electricity consumed unit of 10000units has been generated in july17 in the connection dpd0354 by jbvnl personal for 5months in rural domestic area. I lodged complaint with bijli depptt dhanbad and met with ee dhanbad. The ee dhanbad oredered the je chiragora to check the meter. The je chiragora visited the house and checked the meter and told me that meter has a technical fault of jammed causing so huge consumed is showing and advised to change meter. I had requested to bijli deptt to kindly arranged to replace the meter i will provide the same but 7 month over no response is received. I am paying average amount due to non replacement of old meter by new one i have written four letters to ee dhanbad to take action in this matter so that i may pay actual amount as per meter reading.
I once again request to you sir to take necessary steps for replacing the old meter by new one. I will provide new meter.
