I have booked a plot in CL Nagar in Mambakkam, paid 2, 52, 000/- as advance and registration fee during May/June-207. Cancelled the booking due to a personal reason during July and raised a refund request. After so many follow up through email, phones, direct visit to the the company, they are not repaying my money, till this date the refund is not processed and I'm given a PDC's which returned without money in their bank.
