I have booked a plot in chokalingam nagar, mambakkam, plot no. 51, servey no: 305/2b, 6. The property consultant "lingam" and project manager "ashok" they came many times to my home to convince that the property is good and there is no legal issue and in case of any legal issue or i am not interested, they will refund the token money of "20k".
Note: cheque was given on 30th may 2016 for the amount of 20k for booking the plot.
1. On 05 jun 2016, my layer checked and said the document is not clear and not to go with it.
2. On the same day ashok advice me to go with another layer (The first excuse to delay refund) and second layer also advise not to go with it.
3. On 09th jun 2016, ashok advised me to write an email for refund and it will take 15 days (Initially it was told one or two days). I wrote letter on 10th jun 2016 to refund my token money.
4. Now its been 19 days, he stop replying my message and do not pick my call.
6. Lingam communicate some time with a new excuse every day.
7. I realise today that their motive is to keep delaying some how by giving silly reasons.
Note: they always advise not to approach to office by any means.
8. Today i have called to office and explain the situation. They are asking to give a new letter or write another email. So its like they never process refund based on the initial refund email.
9. Now no one in the office are ready to listen. So i am not sure what to do. Please help me to get my money back.
